Dann wäre ich bei 215PS war schon arg an die Grenze geht, bis auf Ansaugschlauch, LLK und Forge PopOff sind ja originalteile drin. Materialmord muss net unbedingt sein.

Möglich ja, aber gut? Die Kiste rennt mit 200 PS und Serienaga viel zu heiß (wenn man länger AB fahren will).... wird schon n Grund haben warum den keiner mit 215 PS fährt, is to much

Die Chiptuningangaben sind ja "meißtens" unter optimalen Bedingungen, also setzen sie ne geänderte Aga usw vorraus, klar scharfe Abstimmung kannst fahren, aber dann kannst drauf warten das der Lader Ade sagt

Sehr richtig, und da ich schon laut Messdiagramm 195PS fahre bin ich schon Nahe an der Grenze dran. Sicher kann man drüber gehen, aber ich habe keine Lust ständig Laderschäden zu haben. Bin eh schon froh dass bei DEM Vorbesitzer der Lader noch so gut intakt ist.

Nabend!

Habe auch den großen Forge LLK dring mit dem Samco-Schläuchen und Aga ab kat (BN-Pipes)
Hat laut Teststand 210 ps (an den Rädern)...ja..ich weiß...Teststand ist nen Schätzeisen *g*

Läuft wie ne Eins. Kein Murren und nix...Software ist von Wetterauer...

also mit nem komplett geänderter abgasanlage, großem LLK und sehr sehr guter abstimmng und optimalen Temperaturen + Luftfeuchtigkeit sollten 210PS drinn sein!

Was ich bisher so plane für den Winter:

- 63,5mm Downpipe
- 200 Zeller Metall KAT
- 63,5mm MSD Ersatzrohr
- Blueflame ESD

Denke damit krieg ich nen ganz passablen Sound hin und ein wenig böllern wird er mit Sicherheit auch *hrhr* :thumbsup:

gut...dann halt am motor. ist aber auch genuch *g* 250 Ps wären nicht schlecht. Wären
aber zu viel für den kleinen Blasebalg. LOL.

Software ist zwar nicht auf den Wagen abgestimmt (war vor Umbaumaßnahmen) gemacht worden,
aber bislang keine Probleme - not at all - (seit ca. 1 Jahr neue Hardware drin). Da kenne ich andere, die haben nur Probs. Habe
wahrscheinlich nen guten Motor erwischt..wobei die Farbe außen abblätterte wie Putz von der Wand.
Aber jetzt glänzt er wieder im neuen Gewand. :thumbup:

Und ja, das dass Gelb von Seat/VW scheiße ist, wissen alle die mal gelb gefahren sin.. *an gelben LCR denk* kann man leider ned viel machen außer neu lacken lassen

Heute hab ich mir mal meine Lenkung vorgenommen. Sobald ich einschlage, habe ich alle Viertel Umdrehungen ein lautes Knacken und das Lenkrad macht nen leichten Satz, also ob es da gar nicht greifen würde. Zum besseren Verständnis hier mal ein Bild wie es aussieht wenn man die Verkleidungen bei den Pedalen abschraubt:

Also demontierte ich die Verkleidung unter dem Lenkrad und legte die Lenksäule frei. Erster Blick, alles soweit in Ordnung. Bissle am Lenkrad gewackelt und am Kreuzgelenk (18 + oben) bei den Pedalen gesehen dass da irgendwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Die andere Welle des Kreuzgelenks war hinter einer Verkleidung versteckt, also schraubte ich die ab, doch was war das?

Mir kam eine der beiden selbstsichernden Muttern (22) entgegen!!!

Die war einfach nicht mehr auf der Schraube drauf! Sprich, die Lenksäule war einfach nur noch aufgesteckt! Ich will gar nicht wissen was hätte passieren können wenn sich die andere Mutter auch noch gelöst hätte...*bibber* das hätte ganz böse ausgehen können ...

Habe dann beide Muttern fest angezogen und siehe da: Kein Knacken mehr, direktes Lenken ohne hubbeln, ein ganz neues Fahrgefühl! *freu*

So, bei mir ist was kaputt:

Der Schlauch der Zylinderkopfentlüftung (heißt laut ETKA so) welcher vom Ölfilterhalter zum Saugrohr geht hat einen Daumengroßen Riss. Folge -> Derbste Ruckler im Leerlauf, mein Ibiza lief zu mager, hatte laufend Fehler ins Steuergerät geschmissen, Notlauf war Standart.

Hoffe dass ich bald das Ersatzteil bekomme, ist im Moment nur provisorisch geflickt ...

Es gibt wieder was zum umbauen

Auch im Winter bleibt der Ibiza nicht vor Umbauten verschont, diesmal gibt es eine neue Abgasanlage ab KAT vom Hersteller BlueFlame aus England. Bringt mehr Performance durch die andere Aufbautechnik des ESD gegenüber der Bastuck. Werde sie dann bis zum WE eingebaut haben, werde auch mal ein vorher / nachher Vergleich der AGA's posten sobald diese eingebaut ist.

Wer Interesse an meiner Kompletten Bastuck AGA inkl. MSD Ersatzrohr (noch besserer Sound) + ABE hat, kann sich ja mal bei mir melden!

Fazit: VOLL GEIL, die BlueFlame macht nen derben Sound !!!
